About Us
Who is "Alohi"?
Alohi Tan is first and foremost a wife and mother. She has been a nurse for well over 20 years, of which she has been a Registered Nurse-Case Manger since 2008. Alohi is putting her years of personal and professional experience to her life's passions: health & Fitness, professional makeup services and dance.
The goal of BE:LIFtED is to help clients, both men and women, and of all levels, boost their self-confidence by bringing their inner beauty outward, improve their overall health, or to just be part of something where they can be active and know they are loved. That's why the BE:LIFtED motto is "Be Inspired. Be Changed. Be Lifted".

We are a Christian run business, but we are welcoming and loving to all that come to us, no matter what their beliefs (or lack of) are. We never impose our faith on anyone, but we are also not ashamed of it. We know that the services we provide are or become personal, and we want our clients to feel that there are still good and un-judging Christians out there. What better way to develop relationships than by doing it with services we are passionate about?
The B:L Experience
We know that those big box gyms and other independent gyms will hit you with high pressure sales and such. We will never do that. We believe that you should feel connected yet not obligated to where you exercise.
You should connect physically, mentally and even spiritually to the place you work out. We will give you a tour of the facility and allow you to ask questions, but we will never subject you to sales tactics. If you don't feel it's for you, we'll wish you a good day and thank you for coming in!
